Our dedicated security team consists of skilled members who monitor the gate entrance to ensure that all guests are checked for access, and conduct frequent walks around the premises to monitor the area.
One of the unique benefits of staying at the Pinacate is our intimate setting. As a small boutique resort, our security team has the advantage of familiarizing themselves with each owner and guest. This personal touch allows us to provide a level of security that is both thorough and personalized, making your stay with us as safe and enjoyable as possible.

Upon your arrival, our security team will promptly confirm your reservation details. Once your reservation is verified, security will record your vehicle's license plate information and guide you to the FMI window. At the FMI window, you will be asked to present proof of your reservation.
There is a $11 fee due at check-in to reserve your bracelets. This will allow you walk the common areas and use the pool.
FMI will then provide you with wristbands, regardless of your booking method, and direct you to your unit. The FMI team will also be available to answer any questions you may have about your stay.
