 Are all of the condos priced the same and are they equally equipped? 

1. • Each of the condos and villas are separately owned so it’s best to look at the pictures and descriptions to find the best fit for you and your plans. 

How do we book and pay for our rentals?

1. • Each of the listings include one or two links.  These will take you to the web location where you can find what dates are available and then make your reservation.

 If I stay for a week, what housekeeping do I get?   Are there linen and towel changes?  

1. •  Each rental is separately owned so this can vary.   Check the description to see if this is included.  If not mentioned, you can then contact owner/manager via the link on the linked site where you make your rental arrangements to ask if this service can be provided. Also the units normally include a washer and dryer, so washing and drying them yourself is also an option.

How will I get access to the condo or villa?  

1. •   Check the information provided by each owner.  Some have web linked keypads, some have lock boxes that you can open with the provided code to access they key, and some require going to local property manager to get the key.

Can I bring friends onsite that are not staying at the Marina Pinacate? 

1. • Unfortunately no, the property does not allow you to bring anyone else onto the property to use the common areas such as the pool or grill areas.

Which restaurants are recommended?

1. •  There is an excellent variety of restaurants within walking distance and many more within a short drive. Check our page ‘Things to do in Rocky Point’, for a listing of restaurants we have enjoyed.

What if I have questions or need something while I am renting at Pinacate?

• Each rental is separately owned so this can vary.  So it is best to ask the property manager for their contact number.  Most, if not all, have someone local on call to provide you with needed support within a few hours depending on the situation.
